Our Counseling Focus Area at Indian Hills is designed to give students a fundamental understanding of counseling to prepare them for transfer to a four-year college to continue their education. Students that choose to focus on the area of school counseling should follow the recommended coursework for elementary or secondary teaching. Students choosing to focus on the area of mental health counseling should follow the recommended coursework for psychology or social work.
